Pick Up/Delivery
Shipping
We carefully pack every order to help protect your collectibles during transit. Every shipped order is fully insured, giving you added protection until your purchase arrives.
Available shipping methods and costs will be shown during checkout. Once your order has shipped, any available tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing the order.
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact Mom & Pop Shop Collectibles promptly so we can help you with the insurance claim process. Please keep the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged item until the claim has been resolved.

RETURNS
At Mom and Pop Shop Collectibles, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we ship every order fully insured for your peace of mind. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us right away so we can assist with an insurance claim and make sure you’re taken care of.
